The Biggest Mistakes Men Make in Relationships
1. Not being perfectly honorable before marriage.
A man is supposed to take the lead and be the pace setter when it comes to honor, propriety, fidelity, chastity, work ethic, and having a sense of justice and standing for something. A man has principles and acts honorably. He treats a lady honorably. He does not take advantage.
Bear in mind that people, even a lady, may tempt you to do something naughty. It is your job to gently say no. Of course you know that when it comes to your kids, after you get married, they will sometimes ask for something that is not good for them--like too many sweets, or watching too much television--and as father, it is your job to say no (with patience and kindness, but firmness, of course).
Well, if you are going to be the Moses or George Washington for you family, that includes your future wife to be.
Remember, a woman will sometimes test a man to see if he is honorable (worthy) or not. If she suggests an inappropriate movie, spending too much, or something else that is not quite right--then when you say no, she may be secretly glad that you said no.
