Long time KEST Radio Personal Growth Radio Talk Show Host Roland has been up in the Mount Shasta area for the last decade. During that time he has grown spiritually and become a scholar in the field of Christian mysticism and meditation.
Roland has returned to the San Francisco Bay Area where he will continue his research and his radio outreach to help people cope with stress and other emotional and spiritual issues.
He is an ordained minister and has a Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology. Roland is the author of Mike's Story - How I Overcame Depression, OCD, and Bipolar without Drugs. He is also an expert in Christian Mindfulness Meditation and is the author of A Guide to True Peace Revisited.
For the past 5 years, Roland has been hosting Talk to a Pastor in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles area.
